Shipping:

Greetings cards will be packed in a board backed envelope where possible and sent first class via Royal Mail. 

 

Prints will be well packaged and sent flat. Whilst I endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; I pack and send everything myself so please allow a minimum of 5 working days from ordering to delivery.

Returns Policy:

 

If your order arrives damaged, please send me an email with photographic evidence and a description of the damage within 7 days of receipt and I will either refund the order in full, or send a replacement (subject to availability).

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon arrival, you may return it in the same condition it was received within 14 days of delivery. I will give you a full refund including any postage paid. You are responsible for any extra postage or packaging costs incurred in the return of products back to me.
